ALUMINUM RIM
Made of lightweight heat treated (6061 T-6) aluminum extrusion of .035 inch wall thickness.
Externally bonded to provide aluminum braking surface and to encapsulates the bond area.
Lateral rim tolerance +/- .025 in.
ADHESIVE SYSTEMS
Proprietary two part aerospace grade adhesive system for increased impact resistance
and resiliency.
GRAPHITE FACE SHEETS
100% unidirectional high modulus graphite material with individual fiber orientation for
improved strength, low weight and superior side and top load characteristics.
HONEYCOMB CORE
Interlaminate core of aerospace grade NOMEX â honeycomb for vibration dampening and
light weight.
HUB ASSEMBLY
Proprietary design. Heat treated (2024 T-3) aluminum. Sealed bearing system. Hub and flange
are lightweight aluminum extrusion. Conventional threaded cro-moly alloy axle. Polished finish.
Thread size 1.370-24 unified national standard, GR3A English (Japanese).
STANDARD HUB SPACING
Rear - 4.96 inches (126mm/6 speed). Front 3.94 inches (100mm). Will accommodate
standard 7-speed cluster.

CASSETTE 8 OR 9 speed cassette available.

Custom wheels available.
NOTE: Road (noncassette wheels) can be converted to track. Trialist Track Adapter available to change
rear spacing from 4.96 in. to 4.72 in. (120mm).
